Ankkshi started the way most good things do, by accident.

Two women. Sisters-in-law, mothers, and incurable lovers of a good jhumka. Between school runs and everything else that comes with running a home, getting dressed up was never a chore — it was the one indulgence that was entirely theirs.

Every time they stepped out — a wedding, a dinner, just a Tuesday — the same question followed: where did you get that from?

Enough times, and it stops being a compliment. It starts sounding like an idea.

So they went looking for pieces with the weight of tradition and none of the fuss. Kundan that catches light the way it's meant to. Kashmiri motifs that carry a story. Brooches and chokers and ear cuffs handpicked, piece by piece, the same way they'd choose something for themselves.
