At Ankkshi, we take great care in selecting and packaging every piece.

Due to the nature of jewellery, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

• Must be in original packaging
